Amanda Rutter helps businesses with marketing strategy and brand building. She is a passionate and determined B2B marketing leader who believes marketing is responsible for revenue and storytelling. Going directly into the workforce after high school, Amanda has been an account manager working with large certification and licensure programs, worked in credit and collections of enterprise accounts, sold marine fire suppression systems, and helped thousands of seniors find free pharmaceutical assistance. Along the way, and with a wide variety of experiences, Amanda found a passion for the art of marketing. She then received her undergraduate in Digital Audiences from Arizona State University with the honors of Summa Cum Laude. She has nine years of experience in assessment and certification, is head of marketing at Internet Testing Systems (ITS), and consults locally in the Baltimore, Maryland, area. She is a strong supporter of industry organizations including the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), the IT Certification Council (ITCC,) and the Institute of Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.), and currently serves as the Marketing Chair for the 2024 Innovations in Testing Conference.
