What does Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) mean for the future of your testing program? Approaching DEI through interactive brainstorming and sharing, panelists and participants will break out of the box of technical thinking and focus on the human aspects and practicalities of incorporating DEI into a testing program. The session will explore how DEI can go from abstract idea to implemented policy that includes everyone. Panelists represent different phases of DEI implementation and will share their experiences and lessons learned in a dynamic Q&A session with attendees.
