Melissa Opp, MPH, MCHES®, is the Deputy Executive Director for the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. She received a Master’s degree in Public Health from East Stroudsburg University. Melissa is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist, MCHES®. Melissa has over 14 years of experience working in the credentialing industry and received her ICE Certified Credentialing Professional certification, (ICE-CCP) in 2022. She serves in a leadership role with the management of board specific strategic projects, in addition to the oversight of the communication and marketing for the organization. Melissa’s professional interests include health promotion, workforce development, and professional certification.
