As Senior Director of Psychometric Services, Pamela leads a team of psychometricians and test developers that partner with their clients to develop and maintain certification exams in the healthcare, IT, and professional credentialing sectors. Her team provides support across every step of the assessment life cycle, from job analysis through accreditation support. Throughout her career, Pamela has prioritized industry engagement through annual conference presentations and committee service. She is currently the Chair of the ATP DEI Assessment Design & Science Committee Vice Chair of CLEAR’s Testing and Examinations Subcommittee for the Annual Educational Program. In addition to her work as a psychometric consultant, Dr. Ing Stemmer served as an ANAB Psychometric Assessor for the ISO 17024 standard for three years.
