The Institute for Credentialing Excellence DE&I Committee has hosted a number of “Coffee Chats” in the past year or so with I.C.E. members and conducted a DE&I research survey. This session will review some of the insights gleaned from the survey in the form of a “coffee chat” while exploring some of the previous chat topics in more detail.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will learn more about I.C.E.’s initiatives with respect to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Participants will gain a greater understanding of how to discuss diversity, equity and inclusion topics.
