In this moderated panel session, three credentialing experts will discuss key considerations for subject-matter expert (SME) recruitment, selection, and management, highlighting opportunities to identify diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) considerations across the assessment life cycle. In addition to recruitment recommendations, selection strategies, and management models, the panelists will discuss onboarding ideas, engagement activities, rotation schedules, and communication plans. Suggestions for showing appreciation to SMEs will also be shared. The panel will share insights from their oversight of various SME groups, across numerous Nurse Practitioner and Compliance Professional credentialing programs. Join our expert panel as they discuss essential elements of SME management and opportunities to enhance engagement and elevate efforts to incorporate DEI considerations throughout the assessment life cycle.
