Organizational Psychologist Feeding The Wolf Warrenton, Virginia, United States
This session will talk about introducing AI to an organization and how it can be beneficial but requires important considerations on several variables. Firstly, trust is essential, and working with technology and the data it produces must be trusted by the employees. Secondly, there are pitfalls with using AI such as limited capabilities, the need for AI and placement of those skills as well as contingency plans. Thirdly, introducing AI will likely cause culture changes shifting the day-to-day and how employees exist at the organization. Fourthly, AI's can be written with bias which requires monitoring to ensure objective and accurate decision-making. Finally, the decisions leaders make in response to AI output will influence the success and failures of the business. It is paramount for leaders and executives to understand the potential limitations as well as the possibilities with introducing an AI to the organization.
