David Renberg supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as a process development, records management, and accreditation expert supporting the GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) Program Management Office (PMO). As Accreditation Manager for an organization with 11-NCCA-endorsed programs, Mr. Renberg monitors all aspects of the GPC program, including assessment development and maintenance, test administration, customer engagement, governance, and the development and use of policies to drive fairness and equity in support of certification programs that are a critical part of U.S. national defense strategy.
Mr. Renberg is a professional certification SME on process development and the management of program records. He has created, refined, and implemented strategies to address program security, test administration, assessment instrument serialization, assessment production, candidate handbooks, candidate records, material destruction, proctor training, candidate feedback, and certificate production.
Mr. Renberg graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1987 with a degree in Computer Science, served as a Naval Officer, a helicopter and fixed wing pilot, a diplomat in the US Embassy in Ankara, Turkey, and as a Master Instructor at the Defense Intelligence Agency Joint Military Attaché School until retiring in 2011. Currently, Mr. Renberg consults for Booz Allen Hamilton as a Certification Management and Learning Integration Strategist.
