Hally Crump, M.A., Psychometrician, Licensure and Certification, has more than 10 years of experience in the measurement and assessment industries. In her current role, Ms. Crump is responsible for providing psychometric expertise and services to multiple clients in the licensure and certification industry, specifically dental and medical boards. Prior to joining DRC, Ms. Crump worked at PSI Services providing psychometric services to clients in the licensure and certification space in addition to facilitation of examination workshops for item writing and item review. She has extensive experience conducting analyses, equating and scaling using Rasch, and with the many-facet Rasch model and classical test theory. She has been a valued consultant for her clients and ensures those she trains understand the testing concepts to get the best output for the Boards she serves. Ms. Crump completed PhD-level coursework in Quantitative Psychology and holds a M.A. in Quantitative Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
