Amin Saiar, PhD, is the Senior Director of Psychometrics at the Board of Pharmacy Specialties where he leads a six-person team in the design, development, publication, and evaluation of 14 certification assessments. He has served on the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, ICE Accreditation Services Council, and Association of Test Publishers Certification and Licensure Division Leadership. Amin is a chapter author in the third edition of The ICE Handbook, has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and has presented at numerous psychology and testing conferences. He holds a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology and has taught graduate-level coursework in statistics, research methods, and selection assessments.
