Sandy Foderick is a Test Design Manager for Caveon and HPE. Her areas of focus include test fairness and test design as a way to increase test security in a neurodiverse world, novel test formats, including SmartItems, DOMC, binary response, and others as a way to increase fairness for candidates while increasing test security. Sandy was previously Psychometric Lead For Competency programs for a university, and prior to that taught in the Humanities Department as IRB Chair at the university for 18 years. She lives in northern Minnesota and has been with Caveon for 8 years.
