My name is Mindy Rodgers, CPCS, CPMSM, PMP and I currently work as a Senior Project Manager at Optum in the Enterprise Integration Services (EIS), Provider Network. I have worked in the healthcare field/medical staff services profession for the past 23 years. I have served as a subject matter expert, member, Test Development Sub-Chair, Test Development Chair, and currently I serve as the Vice Chair for the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS). I oversee two nationally recognized certifications, the Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS®) and Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM®).
