Zachary Stephens supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as the GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) Program Management Office (PMO). Database Manager. Mr. Stephens maintains data lineage through the collection, application, and resource management of GPC information. He is responsible for maintaining assessment responses, exam results, demographic information, and all data related to certification reporting. He manages automated systems that provide anomaly detection at the collections level, validates solutions for coordination with the candidate body, provides data transparency to GPC certificants, and generates data-oriented metrics for 11 National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited certification programs.

Mr. Stephens holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with concentrations in Data Science and Cyber Security and currently consults for the Department of Defense as a Data Scientist.
