Dean of Academic Success in Online and Blended Learning

Dr. Jennifer Dale serves as the Dean for Academic Success in Online and Blended Learning at the Community College of Aurora. She also leads the Behavioral Health program and micro-credential development. She joined the Colorado Community College System in January of 2005 as a Psychology Adjunct Instructor. In August of 2008, she joined the Community College of Aurora as a full-time Psychology Faculty member, followed by the Behavioral Sciences Department Chair, and moved in the Dean for Academic Success in May of 2022. Her focus in these roles has been prioritizing student success through innovative, inclusive, and intentional course, program, and process design. Dr. Dale was a clinical therapist prior to starting her teaching career and worked with women, trauma survivors, those who deal with homelessness, families, and children. She has taught a variety of psychology classes over the years, specializing in Human Sexuality and Psychology of Gender. She also provides subject matter expertise and curriculum development in psychology and behavioral health as well as facilitation of trainings and conversations on related difficult and complex topics.
