Manuel Collazo received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from SUNY New Paltz. He also completed coursework for his Doctorate of Management in Organizational Development and Transformational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Manuel has more than 20 years of senior and C-suite level leadership experience across both corporate and non-profit industries; specializing in marketing strategy, branding, organizational development, data analytics and digital marketing.
Manuel leads a highly specialized, diverse marketing and sales team responsible for developing and implementing strategic and innovative programs for AH client partners. The Marketing & Communications department consists of subject matter experts in marketing strategy, project management, creative development, digital marketing and web services. AH's in-house marketing agency expertly implements all associations' marketing needs from branding and creative asset development to social media, email and public relations communications.
Manuel leverages his non-profit experience to develop marketing plans that generate brand awareness, audience engagement and member benefits. He is a seasoned communications professional with a talent for creating succinct messaging to drive brand recognition, value proposition and member engagement. His extensive media background provides the AH team with a unique perspective on content strategy development that is platform agnostic, providing our client partners with engaging and valuable content across media platforms.
Manuel lives in Southampton, NJ with his husband Jake, their teenage son, Zachary, and three beloved beagles. They love to travel and stay active in various outdoor sports and recreational activities. Manuel loves to bake and can be found in the kitchen creating in his spare time.
