Sarah Carroll, PhD is the Vice President, Research and Psychometrics at the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. She has extensive experience in licensure and certification examination development and program management, as well as in the design and psychometric analysis of certification exams, noncognitive assessments, surveys/questionnaires, and employment tests. Dr. Carroll has presented her research at national and international conferences and has several peer-reviewed publications. She is currently a psychometric commissioner on the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Dr. Carroll earned her PhD and MSc in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
