Telling a Brand (New) Story: Experiences in Rebranding the Credentialing Board

As the world continues to change around us, we must rethink how we position our organizations and tell the value story of our credentials. This session presents three different rebranding journeys of organizations that recreated their look, feel, and voice from top to bottom. Come learn from their experience as they share the why, what, and how of creating a brand (new) story.

  • Identify 2-3 indications/drivers of a change in organizational branding.
  • Discuss various considerations for planning, determining, and implementing a new brand strategy.
  • Describe multiple approaches to updating organizational brand and the primary decisions needed along the way.
