Vice President, Account Management & Strategic Partnerships Meazure Learning Baltimore, Maryland, United States
In a world of increased expectations around convenience and user experience, credentialing programs are committed to meeting candidates “where they are” in their credentialing journey. For many programs, this means offering exam delivery in a variety of modalities, from brick-and-mortar testing to online proctoring to event-based testing sessions. For the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (CCO), ensuring candidates have the necessary access to gain and retain their credentials is vital. However, maintaining a high level of exam security and operational efficiency is also key.
Through a new partnership with Meazure Learning, CCO established a process for remotely monitoring both candidates and test site coordinators. The purpose of the process was to not only ensure a smooth exam delivery via a secure browser but also limit potential collusion between the candidates and test site coordinators.
In this session, hear firsthand accounts of transitioning paper-based exams to online, event-based assessments. Learn about the importance of partnership and innovation among program sponsors, test drivers, and proctoring vendors to ensure a seamless user experience. Leave with an understanding of the lessons learned and best practices from this experience as well as areas of improvement and more potential applications for other credentialing bodies in our industry.
Thank you Excelsoft for sponsoring the Test Development and Administration track.
