In the credentialing and certification world, the input of Subject Matter Experts is invaluable. We can impart our knowledge of best testing practices until the cows come home, but without the respective industry expertise of these experts, we have no assessment. So, when the stars align, and we manage to get these highly qualified but extremely busy experts on the same call or in the same room, how do we get the best out of them? Drawing on our vast experience of working with SMEs, we have broken our experts down into different personas. We will advise how best to manage the different and often conflicting personas to ensure optimum results during a workshop, and therefore optimum results in the final assessment.
